Tze Lin's practices focuses on intellectual property and commercial litigation. He has handled a wide range of intellectual property disputes such as:

Trademark infringement and passing off involving - logos, word marks both registered and unregistered.

Patent infringement litigation involving patents in the field of - pharmaceutical, chemical, mechanical, electrical and electronics, software and others

Design infringement involving - bottle design, storage box design, car spare parts design and others.

In addition to the above, he also represented various global brands in strategising local and regional enforcement programs and executing anti-counterfeiting actions across Malaysia and South East Asia.

As part of his legal journey, Tze Lin has also assumed the role of in-house counsel for Malaysia's leading satellite pay-TV provider, focusing in content aggregation, litigation and creating the first anti-counterfeiting programme for the company. Thereafter, he joined Messrs Wong & Partners, a member firm of Baker Mckenzie International in 2014 and was made a partner of that firm in 2017.

Siew Mei's practice focuses on civil, corporate and commercial litigation.
Siew Mei has extensive experience in a wide spectrum of disputes involving civil, corporate and commercial matters such as contractual disputes, asset and debt recoveries, shareholder disputes, liquidation and insolvency, tenancy disputes, land law disputes, defamation and other tortious claims, administrative law and telecommunication laws and regulations related matters. Further, she also has experience in various arbitrations in respect of commercial and constructions contracts.
Siew Mei has represented a broad range of clients in various industries as counsel and co-counsel for trials at the High Courts as well as hearings in the Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
Siew Mei read law in the University of Malaya and obtained her LL.B (Hons) in 2007. She was then admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2008. Thereafter, she practiced law in Messrs Shearn Delamore & Co from July 2008 to September 2020 and was made a partner of that firm on 1 January 2017.
